Trust and safety
Our Pals are AI. They can be wrong, and they say so. This page explains the safeguards built into them and what you can do about a bad answer.

If an answer is wrong or harmful
- Use Report under any answer. An admin reads that one answer, and only that one.
- Use the thumbs to tell us when an answer helped or did not.
- For an emergency, do not use a Pal: call your local emergency number.
Your data
- You can download or delete your chats and your account at any time, on the data and privacy page.
- Pals only use what you have asked them to remember, on a paid plan, and you can see and edit those notes.
- Admins do not read your chats. Reading a reported answer, and every sensitive page, is recorded in an audit log.
